Fostering with a difference. Fp.c is an established,well respected, independent, fostering agency and social work consultancy. We work to provide high quality foster care and social work services for children across South and Central England, including the West Midlands. We are preferred, Level 1, providers of foster placments for a wide range of local authorities. This means that they approach us first whenever they need a foster placement. |

We work to provide children with locally based, high quality care by:
- Helping a wide range of people to become foster carers.
- Targeting our foster carer recruitment activity on those areas where there is the greatest need for additional foster carers.
- Enabling our foster carers to develop their parenting skills to a high level.
- Ensuring that all of our foster carers are carefully inducted, well trained and fully supported.
- Providing all of our approved foster carers with regular visits by a locally based, qualified social worker.
- Paying all of our carers a skills level payment in additional to a maintenance allowance for each child placed.
- Ensuring that all of our foster carers receive easy access to round the clock support
